DIRECTOR
Elliott, his English sense of humour aside, is a planning pro who will ensure your build stays on schedule, goes according to plan, and is effortless every step of the way. He has a wealth of building knowledge up his sleeve and is a big believer in coming up with the best way of doing something, whether it’s been done that way before or not!
Elliott’s strong community focus has seen him ride from Melbourne to Adelaide as part of a Leukaemia Foundation fundraiser, along with his passionate involvement in the Mount Gambier Karting Club

GENERAL MANAGER & DESIGN EXTRAORDINAIRE
After gaining invaluable experience working in a variety of industries, Jacinta returned to Blue Lake Homes (now Casa Mia Bespoke Building), her family business, bringing a world of knowledge and innovation with her.
From the moment you walk through our door until you get your keys and are walking through your own, you’ll find working with Jacinta to be an exceptional and enjoyable experience. Just like her father, her drive and determination to deliver exceptional service and new home builds to every customer is second to none.
Beyond the build, Jacinta is a proud advocate for our Mount Gambier community. She is on the board of the Pioneers Basketball Club, is a creative and passionate co-owner of Event Co by J&T.

From new home consultations, selections with clients to tracking quotes, variations, and the latest product trends, Mel’s the detail-driven powerhouse who helps bring your new home vision to life, working within the pre-construction team to ensure everything comes together for a seamless building experience.
But beyond her commitment to process and precision, Mel is the smile you’ll hear through the phone and the warm welcome you’ll get when you step into our office.

Jess works side by side with Elliott and our construction team, keeping every detail flowing — from purchasing to scheduling — so your dream home comes together seamlessly.
Her energy, planning skills and absolute dedication mean your home isn’t just built, it’s crafted to perfection and delivered with love.

Led by Matt, our team of carpenters work closely with Elliott & Jacinta to construct and build your dream home. Our carpenters take great pride in their craft, and their attention to detail is second to none. Sharing our passion for building quality homes, they’re more than just new home builders.
As a company, we are passionate about growing the number of qualified carpenters we have in our community and regularly have apprentices as part of our team.
